Refund policy
Returns
We make every effort to provide full and accurate descriptions and images of our products. If you have any questions about books, cards or prints for sale on our website, please contact us at info@barns-grahamtrust.org.uk.
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for covering any postage and packaging costs associated with returning items. Customers must inform us by email to info@barns-grahamtrust.org.uk of the return prior to posting the item(s) back to us.
Damaged Goods
Any items damaged in transit will be replaced by the Trust. Please email an image and description of the damaged goods to info@barns-grahamtrust.org.uk and we will arrange a replacement for you at no extra cost. In some circumstances, we may ask you to return the damaged goods. We will cover the costs of the return postage for damaged good.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected by the Trust, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
