Shipping policy
Delivery
We aim to process orders within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Scottish bank holidays) and usually dispatch orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. All books and cards are shipped with Royal Mail Second Class. Prints and Limited Edition books are shipped with ParcelForce Express AM or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
UK Shipping
UK orders of books and cards will be shipped via Royal Mail Second Class, which they aim to deliver 2-3 works days. This is an untracked service.
Our Wilhelmina Barns-Graham: The Glaciers Limited Edition with Print is shipped using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 with Signature service, which they aim to deliver the next working day.
Prints and some Limited Edition Books will be shipped via ParcelForce Express AM or Royal Mail Special Delivery, which they aim to deliver next day (or two working days for Isle of Man and Channel Islands deliveries). We will contact you before to advise a dispatch date and rearrange this with you if appropriate to ensure you will be available to receive the package. You will receive a tracking number for these services.
UK Shipping Costs
Most of our shipping is calculated based on weight. The table below shows our shipping pricing with an indication of which products fall into each category. This is for illustrative purposes only and may vary at checkout.

Local Pickup
We are trialling offering local pickup from our Edinburgh office. We will generally be open for collections 09:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday. As we're a small office and occassionally closed during these hours, we ask if you can to email or phone us in advance to let us know when you're coming. You will receive a notification when the order is ready to collect.

We are located through a well-signed pend on Brunswick Street and our entrance to on the left hand side of the building with 'wbg' on the door. There is space to park the car for the duration of the collection.
Europe and Rest of the World Shipping
We are currently only shipping books and cards (except Limited Edition books) outside of the UK. These will be shipped using Royal Mail International Standard (not tracked). Customs charges and fees
We ship all your order from the UK. International orders may be subject to customs duties, local taxes and/or fees. Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes and fees associated with their order and may have to pay these in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country, the value of the item and whether it is a gift or commercial goods. This is out with the Trust’s control.
Lost Shipments
It is very rare for parcels to be lost in shipment. Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost until 10 working days after its due date (13 working days from dispatch) for Second Class. If you do not receive your shipment after this time period, please contact us at info@barns-grahamtrust.org.uk and we will endeavour to trace your shipment and replace any lost goods.
For shipments of Prints and Limited Edition Books sent by ParcelForce Express AM or Royal Mail Special Delivery, please contact us if you do not receive the shipment by the end of next working day after dispatch.
Returns
We make every effort to provide full and accurate descriptions and images of our products. If you have any questions about books, cards or prints for sale on our website, please contact us at info@barns-grahamtrust.org.uk.
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for covering any postage and packaging costs associated with returning items. Customers must inform us by email to info@barns-grahamtrust.org.uk of the return prior to posting the item(s) back to us.
Damaged Goods
Any items damaged in transit will be replaced by the Trust. Please email an image and description of the damaged goods to info@barns-grahamtrust.org.uk and we will arrange a replacement for you at no extra cost. In some circumstances, we may ask you to return the damaged goods. We will cover the costs of the return postage for damaged good.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected by the Trust, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
